Guys. First off, don't do anything stupid. Second, take any meetups offline. DO NOT post when and where you intend to meet. Take it to the track, fellas. No need for anything foolish. The cat has a bimmer and likes it. He had a run with an AMG, so he came looking for the guy. that isn't unheard of. We've met a few people here that someone had run into and they became friends. We are all enthusiasts and even if we talk smack, none of us need any more ignorance in our lives. Stay safe and have fun. If it is a fun run, I may be down. Pm me.

It's all in good fun, I have good intentions. What you said is exactly right; I just wanted to see if the guy was on the board. If someone wants to set up something at a dragstrip I'm all for it.

Goodmedicine, I'm going to resist any puns with regard to your name and next Saturday's race with Exodus, and that includes his name as well.
It's not going to be a fair race- twin turbo V12 vs NA V10. A SC V8 vs V10 is much more like it. I believe you beat an E63 (though obviously not Oldgixxer). A NA V8 weighing 500 lbs more than you should certainly lose to your trim sub 4,000lb V10. There's nothing to "hitting your shifts" other than shifting when the HUD flashes violently on the windshield.
I've had a bit of time in the E55, E63, M5, and M6. If racing the E55, in first through third gear, you'll be scared you're about to lose badly. You'll start closing the gap in 4th, by the end of the quarter mile you'll only be losing by a lil bit (scientifically calculated of course), and by 120ish you should be darn near to making the pass. You have only a small chance through and under the quarter, any other ideas will be corrected over time and meetings with properly driven E55's.
Someone get video.

I'm 19 so take it easy on the comments, my heart is breaking over here.
. Everyone that sees the exhaust in person loves it. I'll take some premium pics tomorrow with better angles.

You referring to me? I already knew about the V12. The post was about 55/63 cars and I didn't realize until the last minute that Exodus had a Sl600... Even sent him a PM on it

Who was it that I was playing with last night in Westwood/ Beverly Hills? The E63 is fast but no contest for my pitch black conquistador. Lol, we were neck and neck until 2nd gear; then I was gone. So far I've never been taken by any AMG.
Edit: I'll post pics of my car just in case you don't remember.

Don't get me wrong, M6 is a great car... but the ttV12 has more horsepower and literally twice the amount of torque. More than enough to overcome the M6's main advantage, which is a 600lb lighter curb weight.
I just don't see the M6 pulling.

This 'race' is going to be a waste of gas.
