How to tell if it is an AMG?

up by my neighborhood i see a black S500 dubbed as a "S55 AMG" and a black CL500 dubbed as a "CL55 AMG". everytime i see them i just laugh and shake my head

I ****ing hate that, we should make some sort of plan to call them out or some ****, I pay a lot of money to have some *** pretend he has the same car. a girl one said "look, AMG's aren't so rare, theres one right there." well it was an "S500 //AMG" (you get the rest) ****ers!

I saw an S500 with a "turbo" badge from a Porche on it the other day. I had my wife turn around to get a picture for you guys, but my camera was in the other car.

'04 Silverado Z71 - sold all my Benzes and need another!
On the flipside, there was a guy in here who actually had I think a W211 E55 and changed the emblem to E320, lol. Dang, no one would ever see him coming, lol. 
There was a college buddy of mine that had a fixed up 325i and it looked like an M3 but he had a badge that said M2-1/2, lol. Too funny.
I would like to form a group to go around and remove wrongfully badged cars! It should be a crime!

I don't understand why people do that!? I think that E-class looks really good, minus the fake badges and that big emblem on the front grille. I would be happy to drive a e-class. Does it really make a person feel better knowing that there car says AMG on the back when its really a 6 cylinder?

Man, I was spitting up my drink all day!! The kid is lucky it was a weekend. On a good day, there would have been some hounds on him. Haha, even CH barely got in there.
For the summary, IT"S JUST TOO MUCH!!!!!
There was a guy that posted the pics that are in this post, too and asked about feedback for the Powerchip tunes for the E63. His sig, avatar, etc. all has '08 E63 in them, but the pics aren't, so I asked. It got fugly, so I made some phone calls
. I find out a thing or 2 that better explains WHY he was asking about PC. Then, WHAMMMOOOO, he is gone.How's that for a summary?

Here in NJ, were loaded with fools like that, trying to pass off a car as something its not.. Guys with the S/CL 550's dropping the 0, then placing an AMG badge on the other side. Tons of 5/3 series owners with ///M badges. The latest, and greatest ive seen was a Mazda RX8 with Ferrari badges, and even the /scuderia shields on the fenders... REally dont know what goes through these clowns minds...

Oh god no. He attacked, like a kid backed up. He never did give up, even after he got owned pretty bad. He just said the craziest stuff, like the 350 doesn't have dual exhaust, etc. I mean roooooookie stuff. He never meant to go there. he had an agenda, but those pics gave him away.

u think u had it bad on the east coast? here on the west coast, the BMW 318smokes everything alive. i mean its 1.9L I4 monster man.. cant touch it.
