Jakpro1 Dyno and Tuning
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I'll be back up sometime in early June. We need to run again. I've got to see how bad I'm going to get walked this time.
By the way...you were right. The CLK 63 Black Series was in Lindon. AWESOME!!!!
Every call I placed was answered or returned promptly and that's all you can ask for. Just stay in contact with the customer and tell them what is happening. Good, bad or same. As I told everyone who asked me, I wouldn't have anyone but Vadim tweaking my baby. For years I have been in awe of his knowledge of our cars and he is a man of integrity.
V, what can I say to you. I really do remember when you were just a crazy Canuck who loved AMG's. Now to see you start a company which is becoming stronger each week is just so wonderful and I am glad that I was there at the start. Now I can brag to the grandkids that, "Before he became a global modding provider, I remember when we came up with the idea to first put SLR cams in the E55's". I wish you all the success in the world Victor.
Don't think I am going to be able to fly down to "drag her, then drive her home" so Rocko, I will have to hold the title of dyno queen for awhile until I can make a trip down to sea level or Chiro's neck of the woods.
I am just going nuts to have her back so I am having my transport company snag her next week and bring her home for a summer of kills.
Might run her at the mile high track up here and see what improvement I get over my 12.5 in the past. If my blower has been bad all along, this is gonna be a friggin trip next time.
Vadim is gonna be cruising her around LA for the weekend putting some mileage on the ECU before transport home. If you see a plain jane silver E55 with Utah plates cruising around LA, you'll know it's the beast.

Now I just need to lay off the modding for the summer. Must.......have......will power!!!!
Nothing but the best for you bud!!! With all of your help and guidance over the last couple of years, I want nothing more than to see your car dominate the street and track.

I guess I'm wondering if all of these new performance enhancers are really delivering the benefits they advertise. We have yet to see cars trapping at much over what you'd see a K2 or equivalent car running (121-123 mph).
Can our cars run 126-128 mph on motor? Someone please show me that they can............................Jim

CONGRATS FOR STOMACHING THIS
I am really looking forward to you getting the car back and driving it for the first time.. if you thought it was awesome when Ken finished the heads/cams swap, I can't wait to see what you think now that its putting out alot more power and its dialed in.
Look forward to meeting up one day in the near future.

It's about time you got satisfaction for being a pioneer with our cars. Great job, VRP.
Now ship the bloody thing to me for the Midwest Drag Day and let's get some numbers out of her.....

There are actually a few of them being assembled.
His car is being packed up and ready for transport back to him... Look for his feedback once he's had a chance to drive it for the first time..
