Is it me or is BMW,AUDI,MERCEDES all use the same styling for the side profile of their cars ? The lines on the doors and the lower end of the cars just look the same.

I kinda like it. Hopefully its a little larger since the E is kind of small in the rear legroom area. Just needs another inch or two IMO.

The handling is supposedly going to be more direct and the NAV system finally gets a major upgrade. It's about bloody time.

Beautiful E350 Sport package. Is the front end exactly the same as the E63 ? It looks damn close.

The more I look at it the more I'm liking this car. to that S65
I think the new E with the AMG package will look similar to the S,just a little smaller.

does everything have to look like the s class? should have kept the rounded eye treatment. btw, why are the wheels EXACTLY the same as in shade/shadow etc and the shading on the hood and the outside a pillar, the road stripes etc? this is an artists interpretation.

looks like the E has the same brakes at the S65 in the photos. It could be an AMG version.

looks more like a godamned photoshop work. i expected to see something in heavy camouflage, turned out to be a edited CGI picture of a S-class?

Im sorry, but the front end looks like a GS, and if I wanted a Japanese car, id get a Lexus. And I think that E class owners want more of a difference from the S class other than size. I do atleast. Unless this car can somehow make my beast seem slow, I think im keeping my car forever.

Assuming the W212 is introduced for MY 2010, then the design and architecture should be signed off by now and the engineering almost finalized, no?

If thats the interior, I won't be buying a new E class. Might be time to move to BMW for a midsize car if thats the case.

Looks too much like an S. Check out the first character of the license plate. Most often in PR shots its a clue for the series.

BTW..If I wanted an S, I would buy an S; unless I could only afford a C class, then it would be a 08 C class that looks like an S. An E should be an E and not look like a poser.

That picture came out long ago when the new S just came out. Not an official photo but it looks good except the front light.
