Finally got my calipers done!

Just a general question. Why does everyone do it this way with a sticker. When I did my Brembo's I had the vinyl decal cut as a stencil. You stick the decal on paint the color you want the logo and then peel off the sticker. Your logo is now painted on. You can then clear over that if you desire. This way there is no adhesive that could come loose over time. This is how a lot of custom graphics and airbrush details are done. Pretty standard in the custom paint world.
The yellow on the calipers make them look HUGE! Did you drop the car off and have them do all the work or you gave them the calipers? Because $500 to powdercoat calipers (if you already have em off the car) is quite a bit

I know a few guys who have done this themselves with VHT caliper spray, does a decent job, but doesnt have the gloss of a real paint/clear coat

In addition to having the same color on our calipers, our wheel setup is very similar: diamont cut center and chrome lip. My previous BMW had a brushed aluminum center with chrome lip. I wanted the same look with the R10s but knew that Diamond Cut R10s only come with a polished lip. I told WP I would only get the R10s if chrome lips were available. I was surprise when they agreed to my condition for the sale.
