How would a stage 1 E55 do against a stock m6?

Stock M6 does around a 12.5 1/4 mile so I believe your stage 1 mod 55 would be quicker. What do you call stage 1. Exhaust, headers, ecu? Who decides what Stage 1, Stage 2 is. I dont think there is any rule of thumb. Its just how the tuners market their mods.

I have an E55 Renntech, Stage 1. I raced an M6 awhile back & beat him good. There's a thread somewhere here about it.

I think renntech considers stage 1 pulley/ecu so i was going off that.

If you know estimated rear wheel horsepower of stage 1 Renntech try this. Not 100% accurate but still gives a good idea of what your ET should be.
