Don't they enforce the 11.5 second rule for roll bars and fire suits????
Or is it because it's a PRIVATE rental day and you can get away with it. At NED, you would get thrown off the track for a 11.5 or faster......

Private track rental = lax enforcement. The helmet rule is still heavily enforced.
