okay guys, thanks again for all your comments. I decided yesterday to pull the trigger on a new '08 E63. I like brand new and I plan on keeping it 6-7 years or so and I always take very good care of my cars. The only modification that I want to do to it would be a cold air box/performance filter system.

What would you guys recommend as the best simple to install system? Could you provide a web link of where to order?

About the intake boxes, there is currently nothing on the market for our intake boxes, but you could always fabricate a custom setup

As for the filters, there are a couple of companies to choose from:

VRP filters for the 63 engine ---> (www.vrptuning.com).
5iveFifty filters ---> (Can be purchased from 5iveFifty.com directly or from E-Bay
BMC Air filters ---> www.bmcairfilters.com
