Shawn Merrimans 2007 SL65 stolen and torched
Last week the news reported that Chargers OLB had his 2007 SL65 stolen, taken to a park close by his home, custom wheels stripped and the car was then torched.
Why the **** would you do that??

its hard to steal a car,
let a alone a SL65
and a high security neighborhood... even harder.
Unless the person had the key to the car.. If I was the insurance company.. I would investigate.
I like SM.. plays like a mad man..

People can steal anything if they want to bad enough. The problem with having a huge house is that you're far away from your driveway. If he had keyless go someone could have read his signal and cracked it.

SM house is not quite as big as you would think. His neighborhood is a really nice neighborhood but its not whjat you would expect.
I drove by LT's house before and his neighborhood is what you would expect a pro-athlete to live in. It would be really tough to steal any car from his house.

Something stinks about this story.Rims get stolen of everyday types of cars,not Sl65's! A person who can decrypt the signal on that car is not your everday rim thief,and rim thieves dont torch cars usually.A person who's capable of taking an Sl65 is going to use the entire car for something,resale,parts etc.He's not going to take the wheels and then leave the real dollar income just sitting there,those types of jobs are where your neighborhood meth head comes in.Seems way to odd.

Neighborhood meth head eh? He lives in the neighborhood where we took your rolling shots and where we told you to post up in someone's driveway. No meth heads in that neck of the woods.

Even rich people commit crimes
As for the torching, thats instant insurance investigation.
