Well, they are close! I am sure the number on it is off your real numbers plate?! You should have gotten the Texas to be behing the F. That would read : F - VR XXX. Thats how it is in Germany and you would have the plate for Frankfurt/Main aswell!!!
Great looking collection btw.

I got them done at a local reprographics store.
I just took them my original texas plate and asked them to copy it exactly the same.

I'm interested in knowing too since this is what stopped me from proceeding before. But from your pics it looks like you've still got the parktronic sensors.

Any response regarding how you took care of the parktronic?
That was one big issue for some people who wanted to do the conversion but still keep the parktronic working.
The car looks great.
Thanks for you response.

Regarding plates - called every local place I could find but they either didn't answer the phone or weren't capable of doing it for me, frustrating......
Few questions:
Did they have a long blank plate at their shop already? On the left portion, in the teal, does it have a D for the country code?
How do the screw holes line up? Are they in the same place as the original universal US ones?
How much did they cost and how long did they take to be pressed?
Thanks in advance!

You can customize however you want but if you want to fit the texas in between or any state for that matter make sure you do a double space in between the 6 digits or letters. That was the mistake I made on the first set I ordered.

Parktronic works perfectly
The bodyshop was able to do a custom bracket for each and every sensor. I'm 100% satisfied. Thanks for asking.
I wish I could have taken pics but I did not want to make the shop feel under pressure.

I think white is the best color especially with the panoramic roof
I have had black cars all my life and let me tell you. They wont even stay clean in the garage so I hope that answers your question. Oh, and they will also scratch way to easily. I love black so much but it's very hard to maintain
