2006 s65. Ford Excursion 6.0. Pontiac GTO convertible. Porsche 944 Turbo SCCA car. Wife-E550 and 968
no lights, softest. One light medium, two lights firm. As far as I know there is a negligible difference in ride height in the three settings, but a noticeable difference in ride. If you hit the button next to the lights, with a picture of a car with an arrow under it, the car goes up about an inch and a half. That will cancel above 75 on the highway.
There are however a number of companies that sell lowering modules that program the computer to drop the car a fair amount... I have no idea how this affects driveability, but this site has many members using the module...
