CF for M113 NA - OT

On slightly different note, I had a local client who was looking for power boost for his CLK500. We added UD pulleys and 55 Kompressor air boxes. (+20 RWHP). Since kompressor cover does not fit, I made a custom one for him.

I am thinking of making some other designs for 55s, 63s and 600/65s.

Good work! if there is a perf increase for my 600 TT I'd be really interested! quote me here/or PM bigger air/boxes hi-flo filter etc... I already checked 65 AMG boxes---are the same size

I've seen Craig's car in person and not only does it look good, it sounds mean as hell too. He had the interior re-done in CF as well. Very nice ride.

The cover is actually aluminum with carbon overlay.

I am designing new intake system for 55s, that will need a new cover. It will look somewhat similar to this one.

I am planning to have in production by late May.

Looks nice, but not my preference. I guess I like the factory cover look. Especially comparing it to the CF cover/airbox pic in the sig.

Plate can be custom colored.

I am thinking of simply making it plain aluminum and than clients can choose color options.

So I'll assume you got this figure on the dyno.
What was the b4 dyno #?

hrm

gonna call a spade a spade ... I think that looks incredibly ugly. I love the idea but perhaps another design? It doesn't cover a lot of the UGLY engine parts.

Was the Kompressor cover the original cover? Did it not fit due to the pulleys or the Kompressor air boxes?
