Rev Limiter
Is there any way to remove the Rev Limiter that our cars have? For example Taking the Revs to redline in Neutral or Park? I hate that our cars don't let you rev over 3k... Thanks

So if I chip it. It will completely take off the limiter, so I can keep it in park/neutral and rev to redline?

I don't think chipping it will take that rev limiter off. There are two rev limiters: one won't allow you to pass 3k when in park or neutral and the other won't allow you to pass red-line when racing in M mode....
