anyone know which conical lugs i should get for my monarchs? also do monarchs use conical lugs?

Do you guys know if the Barrels on these wheels are replacable? I have quite a few little dings on the inside of the lips on my rear wheels and would like to replace the outer barrels without having to buy new wheels.
Also, what causes these (they are all an inch to two inches inside of the lip, and no, I have absolutley no curb rash...never hit a thing)? Could it just be caused by torque?
