Like I said I an earlier post. That jag is a pretty rare car. Only about 400-500 made a year. So i don't think it would be hard to track him down, using just the car alone. If I could search the Mass DMV database and knew what was close to his area. You could try to locate him that way, if he still owned the car.

I started thinking it was a scam last week when the wheels didn't show up. I used paypal to pay and filed a dispute last week. All of a sudden DHL finds packages and sends them to me, which I received today. I think these guys were trying to buy time so maybe I'd cancel the paypal dispute file. The boxes were delivered by DHL and it was one empty box, one box with old school books, and two boxes with headlight parts in them. They were supposedly misrouted to California. I refused delivery, notified my credit card company, and will not authorize them to pay paypal. Feel free to use this as a post on the forum as I'm not a member. I appreciate you sharing the info, and will use it in my dispute with Paypal.

That's a major bummer... $2600 down the hole! That's why never ever bid on a new seller for such a high-priced item! Even if the seller looks/sounds like a merchant because of the name!

I think I'm fired after today.
I left work early last Friday without signing out, had Monday off, came in today check the forum around 2:30 and I've been reading this thread all afternoon, I just couldn't stop. It's like daytime drama.... I expected my IT guy to come in my office to tell me to get offline. I think this guy is long gone by now, he's shut down his operation and Elvis has left the building. I know this guys is stupid but the dumbest criminal will still run to stay out of trouble. Thanks to the members and guest 
this guy will not scam anyone on-line again. I hope he does get caught and gets what he deserves.

Yeah I agree too but some of the pieces aren't adding up. Best Buy is still up in the air. He's the epitome of dumb and dumber but he's in hiding now and covering up as much as he can I bet.... it won't last though, he'll get caught. It's either "fight or flight"... and flight won't last forever.
