You guys just need to get the cops over there and quit stalking this guys house. Desperate people do desperate things in times of weakness. I would not be suprised if they call the cops themselves and press stalking or invasion of privacy charges on you guys. Thanks for asking. There was a lot of pressure on him from all of the members in that thread so he just sent the money back a couple days ago directly to my bank account. I am very relieved/lucky to get my money back from that transaction. He is still getting called out however for some of his comments in the thread haha.

I purchased some 19" Carlsson UL 1/16 that should be here tommorrow. I'll post some pics in the c-class section once they are installed.

Is recording phone conversation legal or illegal in MA? It varies state-by-state, and I don't know how MA works. If it is legal, then it would be hilarious if whoever makes the call records it for the rest of us...

OK i went home last night to look some things up----

I would like to mention though that we need to sort somthing out still.....

The pictures that are online of the fool need to be validated because he had a different myspace account other than the public one that had an icon with the coupe with the pink headlights as a friend to the pictures that were posted---i think the pictures may be Jonathan Turner but not sure----

This i do know, when I was talking on the 2 different phone numbers with both jonothan turner and mr. Smith, they both sounded very different in cockyness and tone--- they are two different people and hopfully the pictures are of Mr Smith

1. someone already posted the addresses I had
2. both aliases names have been posted
3. all the screenames I had have been posted
4. the myspace account pics have been posted--though i may have a couple different ones
5. my bank is checking on the TDbanknorth digital copy that i recieved and cashed from mr.Smith--
6. The recieved personal check as a refund to me for not getting any goods had no address on it and the envelope it was in, the return address was a scribbe, only the zip code could be seen (Brokcton MA)
5. I had to wait untill money was in his account and prayed after cashing it that it would still be there while the check processed
6. I got my money back but DHL was dumbfounded--the tracking numbers are still being looked for in my desk, it has been a year since he duped me

Also I called the Police dept last year and tried to file a complaint, the detective that got on the phone said since I recieved the bad check in FL then i would have to go through local agencies first then they would escalate it since the crime was online----hopefully he will want to actually work on this case this time around and make it woth his time---i think he just didn't want to work on the case

A quick point though - make sure no-one decides to take the law into their own hands, no matter how tempting it might be. Motoring needs all it's enthusiasts intact, and none of them inside.

To Timeless and Teo - we hope you get your money back guys. However, when it all seems fruitless, remember that we pay over $2 a LITRE for petrol (gas) over here ($10.50 a gallon), so the $2,200 would be swallowed up in 12 months on this side of the pond! Keep up the pursuit, and we'll keep monitoring the thread in the hope of seeing this waster behind bars eventually.
