Interesting - RS6 chosen 'best all-rounder'
by Sports Car magazine...they mention the E55, but only briefly.

Did you even read the article?
1) This article is not a comparison/analysis. This is simply a review of the RS6.
2) They make no mention of the specific capabilities of the E55 or M5...they imply they haven't even tested the E55 yet...which by definition makes it impossible for them to say anything comparative about the E55 relative to the RS6.
3) The ULTIMATE slap in the face for a sport sedan is to say that it is not fun to drive. They use the terms "aloof" and "lacks emotional involvement" and "doesn't appeal to the heart" to sum up. Pretty harsh criticism considering the whole PURPOSE of a sport sedan is to make driving a fun, emotionally involving experience.
More mystifying is why Audi has priced the RS6 above the E55 and M5. Inferior car for a whole lot more money.
