Alcohol Injection Systems
Ok, we've decided to start distributing AIS Methanol injection systems. [url]http://www.alcoholinjectionsystems.com
We are offering this offer to the first 5 buyers that would like to get a meth system.
Our Price is 15% off of retail on any systems. Group buy price will be 15% off of retail + 5% CC fee + shipping. If you pay via money order or check, the CC fee is dropped.
Again, this is only for the first five buyers.
We've decided to go with them due to their high quality tanks and extremely easy installation process. A lot of high HP Corvette guys swear by them, and hopefully we can get some AMG's to do the same.

The link doesn't work.
Also, what are the potential downsides? I've heard most engines that were designed before the last year or two can't run much methanol without eventually developing some serious issues.

Link fixed.
The potential downsides are reduced rubber life (gaskets, seals, etc.) due to the breakdown with the alcohol. Also, you will need to tune the car for this to work properly or the vehicle will run too rich.
The kits are designed for people experiencing detonation, running more boost then stock, or need to cool IAT's.

Any modification that is going to alter the AFR should be tuned to work properly. You can run it with out tuning, but if you are going to do a modification do it the right way.
This mod is for cars that NEED it, not your pulley/ECU/Intake car.
This will help cure detonation, high IATs, lean conditions. It will allow more timing advance, higher boost, and lower octane fuels. If you use Higher Octane fuel you get similar results as with race gas.
