www.1010tires.com shows them in stock (I'm assuming t1-r's?) and they ship internationally... (assuming again you are in Moscow). you just have to call them/email them first.

I was gonna post the same link, T1R cost $386 per tire. Man, you are crazy to run in Moscow on only 25.
