It will be nice to get a 63 in the heavy mix of 55's.
As faras another fast 63 there are two cls 63's one running NOS built by ASR and the other getting some custom work now. Has headers, tune , wheels, cams, parktronic removed and exhaust. (parktronic) removal was a joke.
You are definately going to be a difficult car to top as you have done some very choice mods and understand weight very well.
Rick is 135 lbs, he hangs with Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan, he is a very instinctive driver. His car should pick up alot with a SC....We shall see.
Jordan needs to get his car back out and hit 11.50's at 124.......

Again, I'm not a "paper" racer, you/I/we can sit here and put out theorys, correction factors and formulas til we're blue in the face, until I actually run the time they are all meaningless theorys...let's just call them goals.
I would like to take a stab at that 10.5 with my bottle at MIR if and when I can get her into the high 10's on motor only.

If and when VRP ever releases the supercharged 63 they have been working on I'm affraid I'm gonna have some instant competition. If they do headers, exhaust and the blower, I'm done, at least on paper anyways. I don't think that even my heads and cams will be able to compete with a blower on a much more mildly tuned 63...guess we will have to wait and see.

Og gawd please do not give him any more ideas. Honestly I believe a TT on that BS car would be the ultimate mod. Once again for all the 500 plus hp cars it is going to be a traction battle and tuning nightmare IMHO

You can do it, but it will never be easy. Pulling a 1.6x short time in a AMG is very very difficult. The temp is also tricky , as you may lose "heat in the track" slippppppppppery...Man o Man, GOOOD LUCK, I always enjoy seeing you strive for the top spot.

We will have both lanes open to run as many times as you want on arguably one of the fastest tracks in the country. It will be fully prepped and ready for some serious drag racing action. There are many local hotels and motels in the area close to the race track. Please note that this is a fairly rural area, and you may find nicer accomodations closer to Washington DC which is about a 45 minute drive away. This is a run what you brung event, no classes, line up against your buddy or your "competition"
I am personally hosting this event with my business partner Blackbenzz/Ahmad. This is a not-for-profit event. We will also have event t-shirts available with 100% of the proceeds going to charity. If anyone has specific questions, post them here or feel free to PM me. Lets use this thread to discuss this event and use it as the official sign up sheet. My suggestion to Hb is to do the tcu, the first 330ft is being limited imo on the modded cars.

I just use weather.com for the weather projections and as it gets closer they post the Barometric pressure and Dew Point. With Temperature, Dew Point and Barometric pressure, you can compute Density Altitude. Here is the link I use:

My car ran the 11.34 in 70 degree weather and according to the weather look up the da was 650 to 750 ft at the track. The car had a pulley, headers with no primary cats, tb and a larger heat exchanger with pump.
At Mir the car had all of the above plus the cams and the large trunk mounted reservoir and ran 11.39 at the same mph. I figured the weather difference was probably killing close to 30 rwhp.
My suggestion to Hb is to do the tcu, the first 330ft is being limited imo on the modded cars.
