Still waiting on final word from my brother. His car runs on alcohol now so he's trying to find a supplier since it's so late in the season. I'm coming, regardless. I'm just waiting to hear back from him and make one payment.

If he comes, he and I would have the fastest and slowest cars there.

Can you please confirm that VHT will be sprayed the entire 1/4? I wanna say that runs about 1500 bucks, no? If so, that's a great thing that you and Jay are doing.

Ok cool! Last time Jason Miller (MIR) and I spoke we came to an agreement to have both lanes sprayed with VHT all the way. You are correct, it costs 50 cents per foot after the 60' (to the 60' is included with the price of the track rental).

Damn, this really sucks that I can't make it I just could not get the car ready, to many set backs. MR. My dealership has an unsold SL 65 Black Series that will be ready for an early April delivery, however as I have been saying all along there is not a very high demand for the 65 Blacks so I'm sure you will be able to find one closer to home, if not let me know. Appearetly you can still choose color on the specific car i am talking about.

Unless I overlooked it, the 1st post does not state that. Someone may want to add that information. If we pay in advance how do we get through the gate, do we need to bring our paypal receipt?

Thats my fault for not including it, but when I made the original post we were not ready to start collecting money yet. You will have no problems getting through the gate as the track staff knows we are responsible for the collection of funds.

Oh it is no big deal. I am definately going to go, I just want to hold off on payment to make sure it does not snow up here again. We have already had a few inches last week but now it is back up to 70 again lol.

Just a reminder, if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, everyones money will be refunded.

I'm not really too worried about my $100 bucks, If this thing is cancelled due to weather that means I am just going to be held up in some strip club for all those hours I would have been at the track. If it rains or snow,s it's gonna cost me thousands extra in lap dances.

Any pro or hobbiest photographers attending the event? A panoramic group photo of all the Benz's at the track would be super cool but I know it takes a mega lens for such a shot. I'll provide the 15ft high platform from high above my RV.
