Zod, the front end noise was simply the brake pad spring not being flexed enough so the pads were rattling. See if holding the brakes while rolling still makes the noise. If not, you may want to flex the springs just to be sure. Mine is fixed in the front. The steering still creeks really bad and I heard that it was the steering rack knuckles?
