After 875 miles and a 13 hour drive...
I am sure most all have seen Jason's E prior or recently as he had placed it up for sale... https://mbworld.org/forums/mercedes-vehicles/253013-05-low-miles-e55-perfect-car-fl.html
After taking care of the payment a while back I ended up finding time to take a flight down to Melbourne and drive the car back up my way. The car is indeed in pristine shape and I have to give a shout out to Jason. Great guy! He hooked me up with some DRs for great price and took time out of his schedule to pick me up at the Airport in his GT500. Toys and pad/garage are amazing, very well done up.
Anyways, wanted to take a few moments and toss up a thread making sure to pass a huge thanks to Jason for working with me and also passing to the members here; I would highly recommended if you get the chance to work with him on something in the future. The guy is full of class.
Now to get some sleep so I can wash the 5000 bugs off the front end and windshield later.![crazy](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/crazy.gif)
Cheers,
Allen

I do not no how he found time to play !!! Your Next mods should be a Front mounted Heat exchanger & a Co /Cm 90 Jognson pump from LET / or VRP. You have the 180 Degree stat & ASP pulley system If I remember right. Congrates Have fun . _PTEngineering

Very true, Jason is classy and a person can tell he takes great pride/care in everything.
I will be doing a pump/heat exchanger, couple of K&N filters, and tune shortly taking advantage of the pulley Jason added to the car.

2005 E55, 2004 E55(sold), 2001 Viper GTS, 2006 Viper VOI9, 1994 ZR-1 Corvette 2009 Viper ACR,
I saw that car on Ebay... Amazingly clean, and those wheels REALLY set the car off. Very tasteful.. Good luck with it..
Jason, I just picked up an 06' Viper SRT coupe, and came out of a GenII GTS.. What a difference.. Night and day cars.. You could actually use the GenIII's daily if you wanted.. The GenII's just beat me up too bad..
I also did the SRT experience Firday at Englishtown and got to drive (aka:beat the pants off) a Venom Red 2008 Coupe'... Honestly, its not that MUCH faster than the 06'.. In fact at lower RPM's, it feels slower.. Power kicks in at about 3500 + RPM.. But even then, not drastic.. Does not feel like 100 horse difference at all.. Take it for what its worth..
I would buy an 06' Coupe, and save yourself about $20k.. But thats me.. Good luck with whatever you decide.. Im on my 4th Viper.. And cant seem to get rid of the "bug" for these cars..
