so you know !! i just about 2 weeks ago bought a truck from this guy !! i got a bmw 2006 4.8is with 7k miles !! he was great to deal with and was as truthful as i can believe he was !! truck got shipped to ny and it was better than he desribed !!
anyway i've been talking with him about finding me an 06 e55 with low miles and he was trying to make me take this one !! he offered it to me as low as 42k just the other day , but im not looking for that color !! so he went to the auction and picked up another (check his inv) 05 with like 20k something with pano,park sesn,heat/ac seats,trunk closer and he was gonna give me that one for i think 44500 !!
anyway joe is great guy to deal with and i'd def buy another from him !!
i have absolutely no affliliation with this dealer !! just a good expeirience !!
and yes for 42k thats a good deal on that car !!
if you do want it tell him your a friend of neil's and i told you that he offered it to me for 42k on fri !!

small world. It's always nice to have the extra info when going in to negotiate on a car. Neil, you're gonna love the 4.8is. I've had mine almost 4 years now, and the warranty is about to expire. No problems, except for the occasional burned out rear tail light bulb.

I bought my wife's R500 from this guy. Got a good deal but the car wasn't exactly as described. Had a few little blemishes when he guaranteed me that it was showroom new condition. It only had 3900 miles on it so I expected new condition. Anyway, the transaction was smooth and easy.
Also, I think CynCarvin is correct. I think that's Torquey55's car. He took great care of it if it is indeed his.

Yeah he is just two blocks from where I work in San Ramon. He buys most of his cars at The Manheim Dealer Auction in Hayward. I have bid against him before on cars and actually bought one he turned in, 01 BMW 540i. 6 speed M package. I will say he's prices have come down due to the economy.
