I raced a 09 C63 with my E55

Sorry for taking the thread OT. I drag race a Heffner Viper and a modified GT2. The GT2 now has a 3.8L stroker with twin GT30's built by EVOMS. It's been upgraded from the EVOMS GT700 kit. It is about done and should be back in Denver by the end of next week. So far the best dyno numbers out of EVOMS are 730WHP. The car is being tuned on Monday using C16 as it has straight pipes.

The general consensus is by people who sit behind their computers all day. You sir are wrong as I have raced many 55's. How many 63's have you raced?

The engine is completely built. The 730 is on 100 octane. On Monday we tune for C16. The car is built to drag (sacrilege to some hard core Porsche guys). It's very light stock and we've removed a decent amount of weight from it. In addition the tranny is no longer stock. The gear ratios have been modifed for the 1/4 mile.

Enough internet racing. I live in Colorado and you're more than welcome to bring your car up anytime for some fun. We have a great house in the mountains not too far from the track.
Sounds like you've got a great drag car yourself. What are you racing?

I have a Heffner Viper with an auto tranny (talk about sacrilege!). The GT2 is a rear wheel drive German Muscle car in my opinion. I still have the stock gears and the Moton shocks can be adjusted so the car will live a multi-purpose life. The drag track is the only track that is close by so I wanted to have some fun close to home. I raced it last year and it was a blast.

It's all in good fun!
Sorry again for the thread hijack. I love the C63 but am still an E55 guy due to the modibility.

I currently have the Viper, GT2, Ford F-250, and a GL320. Nothing too insane like some of you guys.

Alright, I've gone through several of your posts and don't see any references to a drag car. My cars both run in the 9's (GT2 high 9's if it's anything like the turbo they built with the same upgrades). Am I missing something here? I have a mental picture of some 5' 2" guy talking c r a p.
It's all in good fun!

His car is indeed an American Mucsl car. It is a Ford mustang, full out race car. no interior, cage, etc. I believe he had to hit 9s just to get his license. I don't understand it all, but if he does come may I join him? I am so down to sitting around getting wasted and talking smack, especially in a place like Colorodo.
p.s., I love my E55. That is why I got the '06, Greg is just a friend.

"Good thing you didn't race an E63 because you would have been waxxed." - gE63
Surely this was sarcasm no?
