Does anybody know why this Teleaid feature won't work in our cars?

Works in mine. Did the dealer give you paperwork to fill out and send in when you bought it? I have used it a couple times.

I thought "Search and Send" was a service included with Teleaid, no further paperwork recquired.
When I try to send map directions from Yahoo maps to my car I get a dialogue box saying: "System unable to process request-code:-100". Any ideas?

Guess I found the answer in Search and Send FAQ's: it only is available for 2008 C, and 2007-2008 S and CL MB's.
So how do you use it in your E, Fr33?
