Need a mod friendly Service Advisor in Los Angeles
Hey Guys,
I live in Glendale and work in Encino. Both cities have MBZ dealers. I just got an extended warranty and have a stage I on my E55. I know my SA at Encino will give me a hard time. She's young, pleaseant and dosn't know much and has given me a hard time on other minor items. Any recomendations for a service advisors at either dealership who is mod friendly and won't give me a hard time about the shinning red VRP pulley in the front
?
Also, have any of you gotten work done at your independent MBZ mechanic using Daimler Chrysler warranty? Does DC give you a hard time for it?

Nothing against anyone's contacts (and I strongly advise you use one), but I know of a few cars that got flagged at House of Imports even though the cars were taken in by a "friend". Make sure your contacts are solid and not just some SA you have chatted with.
I would agree with Penske in that area but again, go to someone known.
