Luxe Automotive in Salt Lake City.. Draper actually..
Tamio is the owner of the company. Andre is his right hand man.
Vadim, this is the guy/company that held the freedom run a few weeks ago, and the Orange Murci was the car that I wanted my SL back for, as the Freedom Run went from Park City down Parleys Canyon out to the Larry Miller Raceway.
There is a good stretch of road west of the airport where I was in my buddies k4 E55, head to head with the Orange Murci, at about 90 we both gunned it.. The E55 held it's own, but, the Murci did pull me as we both backed down at about 140.
Anyway, I ran the k4 E55 vs that yellow Gallardo on the Freedom Run.. We took off out of the Thanksgiving Point Golf course headed east up the Alpine loop .. I took the Gallardo bad from the gun at one of the stoplights, but once we got up into the twisties on the Alpine loop, there was obviously no comparison.
Once at the Larry Miller Raceway, they made us keep our speeds down, so no car ever got over about 50mph.
On the road coming out of Park City headed towards Kimball Junction, I grabbed some gears with a 360 Spider Fcar, and SMOKED him.. He was totally shocked, when I blew him away so badly. Then once on I-80 headed west towards Parley's Summit, I grabbed some gears with an 06 RennTech (stage 2) S65 and the was pretty much a even race... from about 70 to about 140.
Oh yeah, happy BDay man...
