Software: Best price/performance ratio?
Who has the best price/performance ratio for software right now?
I have a 2004 SL55 with APR pulley, large TB, phenoloic spacers, water pump mod, -10 i/c setting.
I just changed my rear tires from Toyo to Michelin PS2. While keeping the same tire size the diameter is now much larger and I lost tons of power - MUCH more than I should have based on diameter change alone.
I think the software now hits the TQ limit and pulls power back.
Who has mastered the TQ limiter best while delivering all the potential power from my hardware mods?

There are many, many choices. Do alot of research. I would say you can't make a bad choice once you do the research. I would say choose the tune by your mods.

Powerchip is my choice for the 55k. They have the most power at the best price right now. RennTech hasn't shown any data on TQ limiting, much less all out elimination of it. Kleeman cars make the power, but I do not know all of their details.
Do your research on who to get the Powerchip tune from. It is currently offered by MANY and you may have contacts with one. Where are you located? Hit up Vadim at VRP for info if you are in SoCal. Grind him for a deal.
