Mikey,

For the record, my car has Kleemann Ceramic coated headers, downpipes, Kleemann ECU/pulley, VRUS 80mm TB, LET HE, LSD, Vrus 80mm Airbox/filters and intake tubes. I also have lighter EVO floating rotors.

My car routinely traps at 122+ and as fast as 124.6mph. I know of no other E55 that has trapped that fast without nitrous.

I actually asked Joe before the race if he dropped the pressure in his tires and he said "no", not until after the race did I see the E's dash glowing red from a low tire pressure indicator light. I shouldn't have believed him, but I took him at his word which I will accept blame for.
Again though, ask him whose car is quicker/faster, you'll get the same answer from both of us.
As for the "snake oil show" bring something comparable mod wise to Columbus or MIR. Losing 40rwhp on a stock E55 is something special, that's for sure.

LAME dude. If it's snake oil he's selling....why not agree to race him or bring a like modded car that you have done and both of you dyno run on the same day, same conditions, same dyno and we can finally put all this BS to rest. But, you seem like your backing out - I mean you are the one who asked if Andy was looking for another race....

I see, so the other tuners faking their dyno graphs.... I've had my car dyno'd at RENNtech's shop and at another shop during Viper dyno days, the car made +/- 4HP of what it did at their shop....

I've personally rented the drag strip down here many times, and RENNtech, AA, ASR has showed up every time..... they ran their modified cars agains other modded cars, stock ones, whatever was out there....

So you would have pulled an AWD Gallardo from a dig in a REAL race on the street by 2 car lengths instantly?

Reg. the Gallardo, we went from a 20 roll (had we gone from a dig I would've pulled 2 cars instantly) and I pulled one car through 2nd gear, which the Gallardo gained back and added half a car to by 120. When racing at triple digit speeds aerodynamics and gearing play a larger roll than they do at slower rates.
What's your explanation for the repeated door to door 50-130 runs against Rock's stage 3 E55 that traps 121-124?

I'm literally praying there are other tuned cars with similar mods to run at MIR. There's really not much else I can do as I've already offered to comp a free tune to a mbworld.org member racing there if other tuners agree to do the same.

Yes, ask the owner "vadert" about how his Gallardo does from a first gear roll vs a straight dig. It was his admission on the 2 cars, not mine.

In a perfect world we'd have a trunk full of ice and the same model car as yours, but something tells me we'll be ok. As for driver's, that's something for you and Chris to discuss.

I'm going to be in Atlanta that weekend, but I'll seeing you sooner than that, I think.

I don't think a dyno shootout would be fair to you...what happens if your file doesn't work? Do we need to wait for another one?

No, it's all in the combination actually. If it was all in the tune you'd have no problem running without your trunk cooler.

We don't have that problem. Seriously, quit ducking the proposition and answer yes or no to a tuner shootout. If all I've got is snakeoil why the inhibition on your part?

Tell you what. We'll even do a second dyno tuning day (after MIR) and work it around your schedule. I don't see how you can possibly decline that...

No inhibition. I have B-U-S-I-N-E-S-S to attend to in Atlanta, and no respect for 'tuners' who comport themselves in your manner.

There will be a tuner shootout at MIR. I've never seen a dyno go down the 1/4 mile.
