Guys
Accuweather mentions showers small amount for today only will it mess with track for tomorrow even though weather shows sunny and 60? Also after speaking with Glenn he feels as I did after he mentioned it that we should meet at "Streets" and head to US41 from there due to construction from Hinsdale Oasis route what you all think?

I am down with heading out from Streets, I will PM people whom I know where going to be at the Oasis.
Attention everybody, we are not going to the Oasis, just leaving from Streets. Call me if you have questions.

Congrats on your first 12-second timeslip !!!
I will post up more later, but I had a PB with 11.51 @ 122.2x in the afternoon.
ENDSMTG has seriously stepped up his driving game, folks. We had 3 runs that were side-by-side through the lights.......great stuff.
DA was great in the AM, then progressively got worse.
On the plus side, quite a few folks also had PBs.
THANKS TO ALL WHO ATTENDED !!!

BIG THANKS
Wayne, thank you for organizing a great day. Sorry I had to split early. It was nice to meet everyone.
I gained great respect for the C32/SRT6 cars, true pocket rockets!! Props guys!
Brian's S600! man what a luxo-yacht, and 12.5 to boot, killer combo.
The SL65 Renntech was drop dead gorgeous.
my best run of the day was my 1st run, when I walked it out of the hole and slowly squeezed the trigger through 2nd and netted;
.225 reaction time
1.9010 60'
7.4339 1/8 mile
100.65 mph
9.5398 1000'
11.3201 1/4 mile
126.71 mph
I made it home in record time, 4 1/4 hrs, 28.6 mpg, hard to complain about that.
Thanks again
George

Actually I think I saw it light up as 10.97@129.00, but I may be wrong, I was quite a distance from the scoreboard.

For those who showed up a bit later, you may have missed the OTHER highlight of the day...
Indiana's finest did a roll-through the parking lot just after the Driver's Meeting, like they were looking for a fugitive. You would be surprised who ducked !
They then proceeded to roll up to the line and rip off two mid 16-second passes...
After the second pass, they went about their business without saying a word.
The way I see it, the local authorities owe me $100.00, or $104.00 if using PayPal. Please send payment to ChicagoX@gmail.com as soon as possible, or collection activities may need to be initiated.

Ya that was quite interesting....I couldnt figure out what the heck was going on...
On another note....I got the C32 record with a 12.3 - even with a blown supercharger incooler and loss of boost!
Wayne- Squeeze another track day in before the snow??????

I thought it was cl500 ? lol
It was a CL600 with a lot of work done. Bigger turbos, FMIC, IC piping and a whole lot of tuning. The driver said the car has low 10's in it but the track wouldnt hold. His 2nd run he made a bead line for the left wall but got of the gas and coasted to the 1/4.
Thanks again Wayne, I had a blast and a 12.22 at 112 was my best pass of the day.

Nice, thanks for the corrections, I was going by what I had heard. Either way, the car was quick.
