What is a "water transfer finish" that was used on the chrome accent molding? I want to change mine to black. How do I do that?

So the headlights just have a tint on them? What percentage are they? I thought you painted the headlight housings...They look amazing. Probably my favorite part on the car.

The exterior part of the headlights have a 30% (tint) protective (i.e. stone chip) shield on them (along with foglights). The interior part of the headlights were taken apart and the housings were sent to the painter for a gloss black finish.

can you tell me if you don't mind me asking..how much did the headlights cost to do that to them as far as sending them out and getting the inside painted. Also wanted to know about the same for the taillights and the carbon fiber overlay. The additions look amazing.
