So is your experience that all the 63s dyno the same, regardless of model? I know there was some question on the C being "de-tuned" but the only new one we dyno'd held up (MNL ICE's)

I sure hope they don't charge anyone, it's a 5 minute job. Tried them at both the track and dyno and saw no difference with them (granted this was on an otherwise stock car).

So what is the baseline difference between the E and the C? Odd you say that about the ML, because I have seen a few that were really fast. I just assumed AWD helped them launch...

Plus...I believe that using/reprinting any material from mbworld WITHOUT the express written approval of the administrator or Internet Brands is against the TOU. So unless you want to be sued by mbworld...you might want to consider getting their approval before bringing any legal action against the membership here...

I've really only seen it done on stock cars, but I can see where added mods would see more bang from the restriction. I'm not arguing it and it is likely like my K&Ns (where it is difficult to tell true gains or lack of).

See this is the type of stuff that makes me mad...when someone tries to bully and intimidate others. I wasn't so much giving you advice...as I was making statements to let others know that your threats are empty and unfounded. Go ahead and serve someone with some nonesense suit.
