Funny this thread came up. These CL63 wheels are really growing on me. I actually prefer the non lip version of the wheel, especially on a silver car (mine...). Getting close to pulling the trigger.

wheels
Im with you 100% on the no lip wheel... I still searching for a monoblock that will fit my E55 that has an aggressive concave looking stagger in the rear wheel.

Just pulled the trigger on the CL63 wheel (no lip) off ebay, could not resist. They have been growing on me daily for close to 2 months. The posted $1099price is now a special at $999 for the wheels and had them put on Sumitomo HTR ZIII's making the total $1800 minus CA tax. Rather insane for 4 wheels/tires. Just have to keep the wife from bouncing a no lip wheel off the curb when she asks "can I take your car..." Will keep the factory wheels / tires for now if I get bored.

For reference, I had these in 20" w/o gunmetal and no lip on my 08 E350. You can check my pictures in my photo album. However, BEWARE! These are replica wheels the RS models, and they do bend easily!! Also, if you curb one of these wheels, they can be repaired, but not perfectly. The outer lip area is made of a thin thin sheet of metal that cannot be replaced and is hard for wheel repair shops to work with. Really doesn't come out how you want them too. Additionally, I had these on the car for a total of about a month maybe less. NJ roads are bad but I know how to avoid those pot holes, and still, two bends, one so bad that the outter rim buckled in two places. not trying to scare anyone, but you should no whats up. I obviously liked the wheels enough to purchase a set, so I can't blame you for wanting them either. Additionally, I may let my set of discontinued all sliver non/lipped version of these wheels w/ tires go for a crazy price in the classifieds section so keep a lookout. I believe they are 20x8.5 all the way around as I have a 4matic. The bends (2) can be fixed and the refinished wheel that was curbed I'll be sure to post pictures of. Its hard to notice unless you are looking for it, but of course the owner is always looking. Good luck guys.

Please post some pics...
You said you got 19s... what width did you go with? When you get them on please let me know how they line up from the top of the wheel well and if they have a concave rear wheel stagger.
Thank you
