My TPMS light came on last night. I let the car sit over night and checked the
Pressure this morning.. The rears were 35 psi and the fronts 31 psi.. The placard inside the drivers door reads 45 for the rear and 41 for the front.. Which is right? Did my TPMS malfunction?

I think you're running them way too low. 38-40 fronts and 40+ for rears, especially if going fast.

Yes, I run just above what the lable states. The side wall on the tire states up to 51psi. I have a CLS63 and have tried many psi settings 43/45 is best for my style of driving in the street 
32psi is way to soft man
Out Of Control!!
I run 42/42. Dunno why. Any softer and the car just leans more and more. Plus, these cars wear on the outside anyways, so extra air just helps.

I had to put air in mine due to the colder weather. I put 40 in the front and 44 in the rear.
