BMW 530 - Looking for a CLS55
Need Input: About to Buy 2006 E55
Guys..I'm about to pick up a 2006 E55 next week and wanted to know what maintenance I should be looking to do right away on it.
2006 E55, 30k miles on it.
What services are coming up and what should I be looking to replace around 30k miles?
Thanks in advance.

If it were me, I would do all filters, tranny fluid change, diff fluid change, oil change, flush brake fluid, replace coolant, change oil, interior filters, supercharger belt, and interior filters.
I would also take a very close look at the brake pads/rotors as that is common in the 20-30K mile range if it hasn't been done.

Good advice. I would also make the change to synthetic lubricants wherever possible.

I am not necessarily a fan of what a manufacturer recommends but in this case it is good advice if the car is under warranty. There can always be the argument that a failure is attributable to the wrong lube even if it is BS.
Warranty issues aside, MB uses mostly synthetic fills anyway so from that perspective, there isn't much to worry about.
