Hey MJ,

Don't mean to hijack, but what did they say about the seats? I have two issues with mine, squeaky, and the bolsters don't seem to adjust (can't deflate them).

I'm under CPO warranty, from your discussions with dealer, do they address/fix seat issues under extended warranty?

TIA

My bad, I meant the SA should've taken note & asked a tech for you, you could've been stranded far from home or repair shops. A hesitant/stuttering start is not normal..Most SA's are like a hostess @ Carrow'sGive you a cup of coffee & tell you where to sit..lol

Bump:

My girlfirend had to take the car to the dealer after waiting in a parking lot for 45 mintutes to start the car. The CEL stayed on and now it has a new CPS all covered under the CPO.

I also noticed that sometimes it would hesite just a little at starts. Yesterday was in the low 70's and humid, plus she was doing city driving making the perfect recipe for this to go out.

The CPS issue must be common on Merc's. Her ML430 had the same issue in June 2008.
