Are there any DIY's for the above jobs? Also which type of fluids are recommended for each? I have redline heavy shockproof and also pennzoil synchromesh.

My apologies- the real question I had was w/the rear diff and the tranny fluid.

as far as i know you need a special mb tool to do the tranny oil.
