Aleksandar,
I'll get some shots up in the next day or two. They are made of the same material as our 63 gaskets:

Thermal gaskets don't gain power however they will allow for less heat soak and more consistant performance by preventing heat transfer from the bottom end or supercharger in both daily driving and at the track.

Thermal gaskets don't gain additional power, however they will allow for less heat soak and more consistant performance (allowing you to make optimal power despite aggressive driving or higher IATs) by preventing heat transfer from the bottom end or supercharger in both daily driving and at the track

Do you reuse the factory gaskets for the air manifolds and sandwich the heat reduction spacer between them? How about for the SC unit?

Aleksander, I bought a set of these for my 63, good quality and an easy install but I have not had a chance to test them out at a track in hot weather conditions yet.

I removed the factory gasket, this replaces the factory gasket...at least on the 63 it does.

No, you don't reuse any of the factory gaskets, just ours in their place.

I guess we will have to wait longer to test them out then...the snow is keeping my IAT's nice and low and the car in the garage

LOL...No, you will not be testing them here anytime soon. When I left my house in Naperville at about 3:00am for Dallas this morning the outside temp gauge on my hauler said -10 and the wind was blowing pretty good, I bet it was -30 with the wind chill.

How thick are these? Are new(longer) bolts needed?

No the stock bolts are reused. The gaskets compress to within .020" of a stocker so no dog legs are created to impede airflow.

Nah, neither the M112 nor M113 Kompressor engine has an EGR valve/system. Their ULEV ratings didn’t require one. Actually, its relatively low compression ratio passively minimizes the formation of Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx).
