Thermal gaskets don't gain power however they will allow for less heat soak and more consistant performance by preventing heat transfer from the bottom end or supercharger in both daily driving and at the track.

Thermal gaskets don't gain additional power, however they will allow for less heat soak and more consistant performance (allowing you to make optimal power despite aggressive driving or higher IATs) by preventing heat transfer from the bottom end or supercharger in both daily driving and at the track

LOL...No, you will not be testing them here anytime soon. When I left my house in Naperville at about 3:00am for Dallas this morning the outside temp gauge on my hauler said -10 and the wind was blowing pretty good, I bet it was -30 with the wind chill.

Nah, neither the M112 nor M113 Kompressor engine has an EGR valve/system. Their ULEV ratings didn’t require one. Actually, its relatively low compression ratio passively minimizes the formation of Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx).
