Did my car have navigation in it?
I have read in a few other forums that if my e55 has an auxilary and "navigation" display on my comand menu- my car probably is prewired and had nevigation. Is this a fact, and if so- what do i need to make the navigation work?

navi only came in 04 and newer, unless you have a presidential edition or it was upgraded,
you can get a euro navi for about 1k now that will play dvds while you drive, but you will need another 1k to get the navi drive....
i think its easier to just get a garmin, mercedes navi sucks anyway...

mercedes navi isnt he greatest - true statement.
But also, I would pay for it just to have that sweet integrated look. Little NAVs n your window or dash are not my cup of tea and look horrible IMHO. But they do work well and are much cheaper....
