Hmm...that may take some getting used to. Not sure I like the interior. And what are those on the front inlets?...LEDs? They look kind of random there. I guess what will ultimately decide it is was kind of powerplant they stick in the AMG!

All the new E classes have taken a bit to get used to but I dunno about the new ones. The airdams look old style on that body. And I've always hated the double fogs on each side. But, new is new.

Hey Chris, good to hear from you. I'll assume you are responding in an attempt to challenge my driving expertise. Unfortunately, you will never be on my level, so ****-off and die.
OnT: I can only hope that these pictures are not representative of the new E, especially the AMG. They really do look pretty pathetic.
BTW, I just read an article that said the "wealthy" are not purchasing or driving their high-end vehicles as much in these unfavorable economic times for fear of being seen as insensitive to the "less fortunate". Haha......well, are you insensitive?

now i'm even happier i bought a 211 instead of waiting for the new body... its too runded on the exterior, and too much like a bmw on the interior in relation to the idrive type screen...

I knew the interior was going to be great but this is ... GOD it's beautiful ! ... would you looke at that wood panelling ?? it looks like an old school Jaguar .. I love it, I absolutely love .. and for BMW interior-fans, they've done it better than BMW ! .. but what the hell happened to the rear end 
what's up with those tail lights ??
but I do agree the whole thing needs time to grow on people .. I'm not very sold out either .. but then again, almost every E class went through the same

I see alot of old MB style hidden in there, espeically the door. I have to agree with most that the car looks hundyai from the back, and maybe camry from the front. It also doesn't help to look at the base model with the tiny wheels and such. Kinda how a C300 is blah and a C63 is wow. All in all I'll take a W211...
