Ok so he ran a .07 quicker et and a .200 quicker 60' but he was 3mph slower. If he ran the same 1.97 60' as I did I don't think he would have picked up the 3 additional mph that I had. This was also my first time at the track as well.

Also do a search on Enzom, I believe he had 1.7x 60' on his record setting 11.77@118.69 ALL STOCK run. http://www.dragtimes.com/2005-Merced...eos-11697.html

Here's a vid of one of my races with another stock E55. You will hear me lose traction twice and the ECU kicked in both times since there was tire spin. I can only imagine what my et & speed would have been if I launched without the ECU kicking in.

Who are you comparing? The 11.88 car to this stock one? If so, 2 different cars. Until you get your launch down, your 60's will suffer and your mph will be higher. As much power as the E55 puts down it should have 60's in the 1.69's if not lower. You will see some next week at Famoso. When you see a car trapping such high speeds with still great et's, but 60's are not comparable then it shows the car didn't hook up and had great midrange. It also will show that the car has more in it. It's no coincidence that your best 60' times will usually come on your best pass ever. When you think you finally get these cars somewhat figured out a drag setup old beater will go out and run a 1.55 60' and only post a 12.40 et. I can post the slip if you like. When I sent this slip to Juicee he thought that was the fastest for a stock E55 on the west at that time. With a little practice you will all have some great times.
