You have a boost gauge?!?! What a ricer.

JK man, why don't you organize a Chicago meet already? It has been too long!

1. If I tap a source after the IC before the TB, what boost levels should I be seeing on a stock 55? I know they are rated to run .8bar (11.5 psi), but what type of loss is seen in the intercooler?
2. If I wanted just a temporary source, is there any available temp sources? MAP, FPR, etc...that could be used for a single pull just to monitor the levels? Obviously, neither of those sources are good sources, but I hate having to tap into something permanently simply to monitor the boost for one pull basically. Same for why I would not install a gauge, I will simply tape this to the window, or drag a vacuum line into the cabin temporarily.
Thanks,
Scott

I agree with it being too long since we met, maybe we should try setting something up.

I don't have a gauge in my car. We put it on for tuning/dyno purposes - so when I strap onto the dyno we have an easily accessible boost source. I could put a gauge on it but boost is fairly static with parasitic superchargers - it's not like a turbo car...

or a single digital gauge that reads all.. i think that would be best for the modern sophisticated e55 kompressor.
