Why not the sunglass holder area? I'm making a custom piece to go in there out of c/f to hold my wideband gauge. Thinking about geting a DEFI boost gauge just because they look so cool and it matches my wideband lol. I tried buying one over a year ago, ended up getting scammed out of my money

2. If I wanted just a temporary source, is there any available temp sources? MAP, FPR, etc...that could be used for a single pull just to monitor the levels? Obviously, neither of those sources are good sources, but I hate having to tap into something permanently simply to monitor the boost for one pull basically. Same for why I would not install a gauge, I will simply tape this to the window, or drag a vacuum line into the cabin temporarily.

Thanks,
Scott
1.) Do a search for some posts from me, I show stock boost charts on the dyno.

2.) MAP is not easily accessible, and these cars do not run FPRs.

I was talking about the black gauges with the red needle. Those are nice too. How much can you get a boost gauge and D-link box for?

black 60MM ones are pretty much the same as the white I had but they are "tinted". I dont have pricing on the d-link box with me .....

BF - $226.38 (must have Defi-Link to operate)

Blue/Red Racer - $179.03

My recommendation is to get some sort of data-logger.

Be it laptop with software or a dedicated hand-held.

Driving a 500HP should not involve taking your eyes off the road. Data logger will provide a graph that will give you a lot more information than a simple galnce at the gauge which always tend happen at the most inopportune time.

I cant log my boost cuz its NA fromthe factory but I see what you are saying. The Defi-link allows yo to record and play back. Like this...

Nice! Did you have to custom make the gauge holder in the ash tray? Me likey What line did you tap into to get the boost reading? Just put a T fitting on the line close to the front of the car?

Boost & Temp gauges

Here's what I did for my Kleemann set up. I put the Dakota Digital gauges in the Driving glove tray , just below the Radio. Once I get the Dyno testing & boost set where I want it, I 'll not need to view the boost gauge while driveing. I'm more interested in the air temp after the condensing coils. I'm not a great Camera person . I need to take lessons from Finny & Danny. Cheers __PTEngineering

The ash trade is custom made to fit 2 52mm gauges. Ash tray Lid and cigarette lighter still function. I T it off the front of the kleemann. I was thinking of putting the boost gauge somewhere else because of the airbag. If it goes off it will sent the gauge flying
