I would prefer 6th since its a Phriday, but if everyone's down for 5th then I'm down! We should make the 6th the backup day in case there's a huge snow storm or something on the 5th

The problem I have with go karts is that I almost never fit comfortably (I'm 6'5", 235lbs) and that they are typically very under powered for a guy my size which means I'm going to be sucking on Nick 55s tailpipe all night, and I just can't see that being much fun
Does anyone know if the Addison track has larger karts? Do you know what cc's they run?

Think about all the time you could save not driving back and forth between cities for car meets, not to mention the time saved not having to fill up with gas ever 500 feet... what with that awesome 2.5 gallon tank BMW put on your 10mpg V10 sports car!!!

As for this meet, unlikely I will make it. I will see what I can do, but it is very doubtful.

If you have connections there, you should hook us up with some kind of discount cause they charge like $30 for like a 2 min race.

This is a small meet. No hard feelings. We need to set up a big meet like last feb. and you better make it to that one

Weeknights are better for groups of people than weekends since they are full of kids and parties. If you have a valid drivers license, you can buy a year license for $25 and then we can race 7 races for $70. So for a full night of racing, you will spend $95. If you elect to race with a month license, it is $25 each for the first 2, then $15 for each one thereafter.
How about a meet in Michigan City in Feb. or March? That will be a much shorter drive for our Indiana bretheren than Pothole county, oops, I mean Chicago.
ALSO: I am also working on a roadtrip to Indianapolis, with a tour of Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and a dinner and potential afterparty downtown on a Saturday night sometime in June. Maybe Jason will be able to meet up with us and not have to stop for gas more than twice during the meet.

Feb. 5 is still on at Chicago Indoor Racing at 7. The 7 races for $70 is an ongoing special so if you buy a year license, you will race all night for $95. I have elected not to combine both tracks since I don't feel like laying out the $1500 setup charge, but I guarantee that 7 races will be plenty.
