I did to clean behind there. They just snap on and off. It is actually really easy.

Becareful with prying as you can damage the strips. They do come out pretty easy, but they do require care cause you can break tabs and can damage the strips almost just as easily.

I think everyone incorrectly assumes that you are talking about the bumper impact strips. It seems that you want to pull the impact strips off the doors based on your last post.

I have never removed them but someone will have the answer.

I do not know about the rears, but the fronts just pop out. You pop out the part that is closest to each door (not the front). Then, you slide the thing parrallel to the bumper to release it. They have those L shapes hooks holding them in place on the front of the car, but just pop ins on the sides. Again, I am only talking about the front impact strips.

Please do post it so we can use. Are you talking about the fronts or all around? I know the fronts (from doing the Euro ones), but not sure on the cleanest way for the whole car.

The Rear Impact insert can be removed without the removal of the rear bumper
remove the sides first then the center impact

Well, it looks like it is all pretty easy so I'll strip mine, too. It had been painted but on the car and I have lots of chrome showing.

The hood emblem has a simple hand tightened clip in back. Just pop the hood and look on the underside. Should be easy.

The rear ones sound similar to the fronts. Just be careful not to ruin them.

Bro, do not chip the paint!!

I used a plastic knife. You pop out at the end closest to the door. There maybe two or three pops and then the thing slides away from the car to release the front portion.

Don't break it but you have to pull it a good almost half inch. They are L shaped hooks only.
