Depends how I feel. I'd say most of the time I'm in C (I have a 4 mile commute to work so I just take it easy and enjoy the smoother ride).

C mode. It saves gas starting in 2nd gear all the time. Also I figure it saves my 1st gear from unnecessary wear and tear. When I think a race is about to happen (see a runner) I click it over to S and turn off Traction control for a bit of fun

Definitely not. You want to keep the RPMs as low as possible. I believe it actually is noted in the owners manual that this is what is recommended to drive in to conserve fuel.... I think. I know I read it somewhere and I have read the owners manual cover to cover.

Suspension on setting 2 and tranny in S mode. I only run C in bad weather. I tend to use M when I am not on the phone.
