Question Inflation bladders in seats

Hi all.

Brought my 2006 into the dealer today for the D Service and a couple other minor things (brake fluid flush, WW blades, state inspection, etc) and I asked them to take a look at my passenger's seat.

I don't sit over there all that often, but did this past weekend. I've been aware of the fact that the passenger seat inflator seems to only hold the setting for a couple of minutes and then it's back to needing to be adjusted to have it feel good. It was particularly noticeable this weekend as I spent some time over there during some spirited on ramping. I was moving around WAYYY too much and missing my driver's seat "feel".

So - the service technician says that there is a technical bulletin that says you should only expect the bladders to hold air for a few minutes and this change / deflation is "NORMAL"? Are you freaking serious? So my driver's seat is a freak of nature?

Do both of your seats stay inflated or so you have a leaky passenger too? Anyone get it fixed? Anyone else get the dreaded "here's the bulletin saying it's normal" (and apparently that makes it acceptable...?)

I am getting a copy of the bulletin - pick car up at 5 pm - so we'll see.

Any feedback?

I had the driver's seat bladder/inflation system replaced under warranty.

"They all do that" is the standard brush-off.....I would try again.
