I have a handheld that pulls a minor amount of manufacturer specific codes (33 different manufacturers). Infact I pulled some codes out of a 1997 S-class a few days ago. I've used the Snap-On Solus Pro and Modus scanners also, they are a wonder, and have full manufacturer code support built in. This Snap-On Verus is just THAT much better because it has a 4channel scope...oh heck the link describes it all...lol
But for the users here, it really is MUCH more than they need, as a mercedes specific tool is much more than adequate and MUCH cheaper to own as a personal tool too.
