My best friend has a C55. I finally got it to run right and I must say it is a VERY fun car. It'll out turn my E55 with ease and the brake feel is fantastic...but it cannot TOUCH an E55 in acceleration...not even a stock one.

No doubt about that, you need to go 4 pages deep on the E55 dragtimes to match the fastest C55 time, and even that was Hooley's E55 s/c monster! Other than Hooley, the best Kleemannized C55 BARELY cracked into the 11's. Straight line, E55 rules the roost. Twisties, different story...it all boils down to what you are looking for. Personally, couldn't be happier with the C55. MAJOR respect for you 211 guys tho, you continue to keep me on the edge of my seat keeping the records coming! 2012 is going to be a great year

OT, GT-ER, sorry, didn't have the chance to check the intake solenoid, but sounds like you got everything straight, congrats!

I fixed the solenoid. It moves now in Park while accelerating.

Congrats on wasting 30 minutes of your life you will never get back seaching through thousands of posts that are three years old to come up with this.

My original question was which pulls harder not if the car has a SC or not. I think I can shed some light now. I rode in a C55 last summer that was modded and was on spray and it pulled as hard as a E55 IMO. Three years later......there ya go bro!

Actually his efforts were pretty effective at showing what he wanted to show. I also remember you bashing me at every single opportunity you could get when I was a noob...sometimes to the point were I felt stalked. After a year on this forum I realized that you really don't do much but complain about others and that's about it. Although I must admit, I LOVED the mexican dinner on the wheel bit, you rocked at that moment.

BTW- I agree with the yellow caliper thing...I ended up changing it back to silver after a while. I never got used to it.
